Variable frequency drive 115V 1Φ100W
Acniti uses for various products a variable frequency drives, or sometimes called inverters. An inverter changes DC power into AC power. A variable frequency drive consists of three components - the converter, which takes AC utility power and rectifies it to DC. In the VFD filter, DC power is stored and smoothed in a capacitor. The inverter takes the fixed DC voltage and converts it into adjustable frequency, adjustable voltage output for the control of an induction or synchronous motor. A variable frequency is used to control the speed of a motor. All the motors it controls are 3 phase motors when it's a single phase motor which always uses a capacitor, then control with a VFD is not possible.
The here shown specific model is used for to control the microStar FS302.
